| On the day before Easter, our firm was called
upon to cleanup a 5,000 square foot school contaminated by
a sewage back flow. Our crew was augmented by subcontractors
to work around the clock for four days to put the school back
in sanitary condition for classes. Our work was certified
by an Industrial Hygienist before students were allowed inside.
Our services consisted of:
- Extracting and disposing of six inches of standing sewage.
- Removing all contents to a temporary wash station in the
parking lot.
- Cleaning and sanitizing salvageable contents and disposing
of the rest.
- Removing baseboards and contaminated drywall to allow
sanitizing the stud wall.
- Steam cleaning the tile floor to allow sanitary removal
of this floor.
- Installing 5,000 square feet of new tile, new drywall
and baseboard.
- Moving clean contents back to the classrooms.
